Engaging MCSE
How a typical client of ours becomes a client
If someone has a potential legal issue, he or she can contact our firm, either via telephone or email. At that point, the client and the attorney schedule a FREE initial consultation. Assuming there are rights to assert, the client and the attorney sign a retainer agreement that names the attorney and the firm as that person's legal representative. By law, from that point forward, all contact from the adversarial party goes through the firm and the attorney. You are finished answering phone calls and receiving letters – the firm handles all of this for you.
During the initial consultation, the client also signs an authorization that allows the firm to collect any and all medical information, no-fault records, and, if appropriate, workers' compensation records. The firm will do all the necessary investigation and location of these records, which can be very time-consuming. However, you do not have to worry – the firm will do this for you as part of its service!
If you feel the need to have your situation analyzed, simply follow the procedure described above and contact Miserendino, Celniker, Seegert & Estoff, P.C. to let them do the rest. It's that simple – let the firm handle your stress and organize your file – we've been doing it for more than 45 years.
